Conditions of participation lottery
1. ORGANIZER
The organizer of the sweepstakes is Fashy GmbH Produktion und Vertrieb, Kornwestheimer Str. 46, 70825 Korntal-Münchingen. The sweepstakes is not connected to Facebook, Instagram or YouTube and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, in addition to our newsletter, are merely platforms on which Fashy GmbH Produktion und Vertrieb markets the sweepstakes promotion. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, but Fashy GmbH Produktion und Vertrieb. All questions, comments and/or complaints regarding the sweepstakes should be directed exclusively to Fashy GmbH Produktion und Vertrieb.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Only persons who are resident in Germany or Austria and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Fashy GmbH Produktion und Vertrieb or companies affiliated with it are excluded from participation.

Information on the entry period can be found in the competition on the relevant platform or below in the section of the individual competition.

Participation in the sweepstakes takes place by entering on the respective social media channel. The participation requirements, the participation period, the prizes and information on how to win can be found in the sweepstakes description (see below).
Fashy GmbH Produktion und Vertrieb reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time. This applies in particular in the event of force majeure or if the competition cannot be carried out or continued for other (organizational, technical or legal) reasons.

5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
Winners will be drawn at random and notified by DM (Direct Message) within 7 days following the daily prize draw. Winners must also respond to the DM (Direct Message) within 7 days. If a winner does not respond within the specified period, his/her prize will be drawn again among all participants.

The prize is based on the respective sweepstake. All information can be found in the sweepstakes on the platform itself or in the further course under the section of the individual sweepstakes. Cash payment is not possible.
7. SHIPMENT OF THE PRIZE
In order to claim the prize, the winner undertakes to provide Fashy GmbH Produktion und Vertrieb with his/her name and address within the aforementioned period of 7 days. The shipment will be carried out by us or our partners. Delays may occur due to public holidays. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the data.
8. DATA PROTECTION
For the delivery of the prizes, the personal data (e-mail address, name and address) of the winners will be passed on to third parties. The delivery of the respective prizes cannot be provided with a guaranteed delivery date. This may vary depending on the sweepstake partner.

The legal process is excluded.
10. LIABILITY
Fashy GmbH Produktion und Vertrieb is not liable for any damages in connection with the participation in the competition or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the competition provider or its vicarious agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. This shall not affect any claims for compensation based on injury to life, limb and health or essential contractual obligations.
11. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should one or more of the above clauses be or become void, ineffective or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in effect. They shall be replaced by a corresponding valid clause. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole.
