Pattern maker (m/f)
for our production company in Vietnam
with a clear understanding of quality. You work precisely and reliably and are able to implement innovative design solutions expertly into model cuts that are ready for production. At our plant located north of HO-CHI-MINH CITY Vietnam, we employ roughly 400 to 500 workers and staff at 4.000 sqm.
You have several years of experience in textile-processing companies and have a detailed understanding of underwear, lingerie or swimwear. Knowledge of textile technology is advantageous.
You are familiar with modern PC interfaces and CAD systems. You have very good English skills and are willing to take direct influence on the production on-site for several years. If you also have authority and the ability to work in a team we offer you the best opportunity to develop your career.
Your areas of responsibility include:
- Producing initial cuts, collection cuts, production cuts including swimwear grading.
- Very good design and grading skills.
- Development, assessment and care of cuts and measurement tables
- Checking, correcting and commenting on samples for their fit and workmanship.
- Producing sample documents and technical drawings on the PC
- Discussion with the design team on the technical ability to implement.
- Well-founded cutting, workmanship and fit skills
- Good knowledge of the NOVACUT / GERBER / SHAPESHIFTER CAD system advantageous
